Purchasing shipping insurance is always optional. If you want to purchase shipping insurance, your order must be emailed. Insurance is not automatically calculated at checkout. We will not be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged if insurance is not purchased. Insurance is $1.70 to cover up to $50.00.

We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Shipping costs are for U.S. addresses only. International orders must contact us for shipping information and do not pay until we send an invoice to you.

RETURNS
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and sanitary purposes, we cannot accept returns for refunds, exchanges, or credit. No exceptions.

ORDERING
Soap is sold on a first come, first serve basis. If you have requested a large order by email, we must receive your payment within 10 days of your order, or your order will be cancelled and soap will be sent back to inventory. We will not hold an order longer than 10 days.

If the soap you are ordering is out of stock, you will be notified by email and we will automatically refund your money for the out of stock item.

Local orders are available for customer pickup. Please email these orders to save on shipping charges.

We accept credit card payments through PayPal only. We also accept payment by check or money order. Money order/check orders will need to be emailed, and payment instructions will be sent.

Most orders are processed within 48 hours after receiving payment. During the Holiday Season, orders may take longer to process.

We offer discounts for bulk purchases. Please email bulk orders directly to us and do not use the on-line shopping cart. You will not receive discount pricing and accurate shipping rates if the shopping cart is used is used for large orders. Once your order is processed, it is finalized and changes cannot be made.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.

We respect your privacy! We will not share your email address, mailing address, payment information, or any other personal information with any other party.
